All our printed products are customized based on client approval of artwork, materials, and specifications. Therefore, returns or refunds are not applicable once final production begins.
Before printing, clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all digital proofs, artwork, and order details. Any modifications requested after approval may incur additional charges.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or contains printing errors that differ from the approved proof:
Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Include photos and a brief description of the problem.
We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a reprint or replacement at no additional cost.
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once printing or manufacturing has started, the order is considered final.
